Simon was an outstanding realtor for us. He was recommended to us by family as he already a prior track record of high quality service. We met Simon once in-person and all of exchanges following were online (finding the right time to meet is often challenging due to our working schedules). We appreciated how Simon was always patient and responsive with us (it was our first time selling a property during hard times). Since day 1, Simon took ownership of the process and made things simple and straightforward. He handled dealing with our tenants which unfortunately became challenging to work with over time, handling multiple ad hoc showings at unusual times, handling random requests and walking us through the selling process. Simon took the time to review the finer details with us even when we didn't think we needed to and made sure that we knew he was available to support us when needed. In the end Simon was able to help us secure a reasonable offer which we were happy with and we will not only go back to Simon in future, but we would also recommend him to our friends and family too.Simon helped us Sell in November, 2022
